Undergraduates

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to offer undergraduate housing guarantees for the 2021-22 academic year.

First Year and Transfer Undergraduate Students

Students interested in living on-campus are encouraged to submit a housing application as soon as possible (after March 1, 2021). Housing offers for Freshmen will begin in May and continue for as long as space remains available.  Housing offers for Transfer students will begin in June (or in July for students applying to Graduate and Family Housing) and will continue throughout the summer based on space availability.

Continuing Undergraduate Students

Continuing students may submit a 2021-22 housing application for the Residence Halls and Arroyo Vista Theme Houses via the Housing Gateway. A limited number of housing offers will be made starting in late-April. Applications for ACC Communities (Vista del Campo, Vista del Campo Norte, Camino del Sol, Puerta del Sol, and Plaza Verde) are available on each of their websites. Lease offers in ACC will begin in March. Campuswide Honors Collegium students, and students holding Regents or Chancellor’s Excellence Scholarships who apply for on-campus housing by February 15th are eligible for priority housing offers. The first round of fall 2021 housing offers are expected to go out in late-April or early-May.
