VACATE PROCESS

 

Vacating?

Please come into the Verano Housing Office to submit vacate paperwork.  

Month-to-Month Contract:  You must notify the Verano Housing Office at least 45 days before your vacate date.  Once your paperwork is submitted and the paperwork is processed, changes cannot be made.

Lease Ending June 30:  It is important to sign your close-out paperwork prior to leaving your apartment. Stop by the Verano Housing Office as soon as possible.  All residents reaching the end of their lease in June are expected to vacate their apartment by June 30, 2008.
