We are here to help-- Call us if you need assistance with:

• General Information
• EMERGENCY Maintenance Problems
  • What's an emergency?  See Maintenance Request Web page.
• If you are locked-out of your apartment
  • Before 11 pm: $5 charge
  • After 11 pm:    $20 charge - Call UCI Police at 824-5223
• Reporting a crisis, disturbance or conflict that needs immediate attention.
• Obtaining the key for the Recreation Centers if you have already made a reservation.
• Routine Maintenance:
  • Leave a message at 824-5965 and your call will be returned the next working day.

After 11 pm, for all calls except emergency maintenance, call the UCI Police Department at 824-5223.
