Verano Place offers 14 different floor plans in 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments.
Units A-E are reserved for couples or families (1 contract holder). All other units are open to either 1 or 2 contract holders (i.e., couples/families or single students). Rental rates vary depending on whether there are 1 or 2 contract holders. Rates information can be found on the rental rates page.
