Verano Place is a graduate and family apartment community located on the east campus, housing roughly 1,065 students in 784 unfurnished apartments. Verano serves graduate students and undergraduates who are 25 or older, and students with families. Please see the links on the left for more information.

Transfer Policy:
Residents wishing to move between the Palo Verde and Verano Place communities must submit an application to the GFH waiting list. Learn more on the Announcements page. |

New Housing Pet Policy: Effective July 1, 2012, Palo Verde and Verano Place Housing will allow new cats into some sections of those communities, while other areas will be designated as "pet free". Small caged animals (e.g., guinea pigs, fish, small birds) may be permitted at the UNIVERSITY’S sole discretion only upon written approval from the community Housing Office. No other animals are permitted. Campus Village and the American Campus Communities (VDC, VDC Norte, Puerta del Sol) do not allow pets. Service Animals - Properly trained animals needed to provide assistance to physically disabled persons are not deemed pets and are permitted. |
