Summer Sublet Program
This website has been established to help people make connections to arrange summer housing. Campus Village Housing will permit Year Round contract holders to sublet only during the summer. All parties interested in subletting, those wanting to sublet their apartment and people looking for a sublet for the summer, are required to complete the Online Sublet Information Session and Test.
The Summer Sublet Program is only allowed from June 21, 2009 to
September 11, 2009.
These dates are strictly enforced.
Picking Up Your Keys:
All year round contract holders should pick-up their apartment/mailbox keys on move-in day (Sunday, June 22), even if you plan to sublet. If you are unable to do so, you must submit a Key Authorization form (PDF) 5 business days prior to the start of the sublet period.

Housing Wanted and Housing Available listings will be updated every 3 business days.
All information that is posted on the website will be automatically removed after 30 days. Resubmit your housing needs on this site to have your sublet information posted for an additional 30 days. Please contact the Campus Village Housing Office at (949) 824-7491 or email campusvillagedesk@housing.hsg.uci.edu to have your information removed from the listings.
