Overview Of UCI Student Housing
Student Housing is committed to providing a high quality housing experience to the students we serve. We strive for excellence in facility construction and maintenance, student development, and community building. We take pride in the quality and variety of our facilities, and in the high satisfaction levels that are realized in our communities.
UC Irvine is home to 10 student housing communities that include residence halls, academic theme houses, sorority and fraternity houses, and apartments. Eligibility for Student Housing is limited to student enrolled full-time in a degree program (plus immediate family members of full-time students). Size, occupancy, and eligibility information for each community is noted below.

HOUSING ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
Housing Administrative Services is located on the 4th floor of the Student Center, where you can find managers overseeing Finance and Business Operations; Capital Planning and Asset Management; Planning, Research and Administration; Housing Information Technology; Housing Outreach Services, as well as the Executive Directors of Undergraduate and Graduate Housing. Staff from Housing Outreach Services also operate the UC Irvine Visitor Center, which provides Campus Tours and general information for campus visitors.
HOUSING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Housing Information Technology staff provide Residential Network Services to all students living in student housing, as well as computer support for all housing staff. They develop and maintain housing database systems and online housing processes, and they serve as the Administrator for the Housing Web site. The systems development team of HIT is located in the Student Center, and the ResNet and computer support staff are located in the old HAS building on the corner of E. Peltason and Pereira.
