Description
Renovation of 20 buildings (210 apartments) to address health, safety, code concerns, and chronic maintenance issues, modernize appearance and explore the possibility of increasing bed spaces. Rebuild the maintenance facility and the community center that was destroyed by fire in 2000.

| Fall 2007 Status: | Project specifications have been developed and costs estimated. A preliminary PPG has been drafted with the Budget Office and Capital Planning. An FMR and proposed work plan has been submitted to Facilities Management for building 6100, which will serve as a prototype for the full project. |
