Determine strategy for repair or replacement of Arroyo Vista, with the aim of addressing all construction defects while maintaining present capacity.

| Fall 2007 Status: | The Extended Maintenance Model was approved by the Board of Regents in November 2006, and work on Phase I of the renovation began in Spring 07. Completion of Phase I is expected by January 2008, and Phase II work is expected to begin in Spring quarter, and will require some residents to relocate from one house to another for the remainder of the 2007-08 year. Phase III is expected to be implemented in Fall 2008, and the entire project is scheduled to be completed in summer 2009. |
