Rates listed below are for 2008/2009. Rate increases take effect July 1, 2008 for year round contracts, and in September for academic year contracts. For 2007-08 housing rates, click here or hit the 'Back' button. * You will be charged for the meal plan you selected on the online Residence Hall Personal Information Form. Please contact a Student Housing Accounts Counselor at shac@uci.edu if you would like to verify your meal plan selection before making a housing payment.
* Includes mandatory meal plans. Block meals can be used at Mesa Commons, Pippin, or Brandywine Commons. 100 block meals per quarter is approximately 9 meals per week. Unused meals do not carry over to the next quarter.
* Flex Dollars can be used at all residential dining commons and campus dining venues as well. Flex Dollars are loaded onto meal cards at the beginning of each quarter, and each time a purchase is made the money is subtracted from your account. Unused Flex Dollars transfer from quarter to quarter. However, any unused Flex Dollars remaining at the end of the academic year (end of Spring quarter) are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to the new academic year. Private Apartment: An individual reserves the entire apartment for one guest or a group of up to 4 guests.
Shared Apartment: Each of the bedrooms in an apartment is assigned to a separate party. A party may include one or two guests, and all guests in an apartment must be of the same gender to be eligible for this option. No more than four guests are assigned to an apartment, and all guests share the bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living room areas.
* The rate listed for the Shared Apartment option indicates the amount to be paid per bedroom per night.Payment
Payment for Hotel UCI is due in full at time of check-in at the Campus Village Housing Office. Payments can be made in the form of cash, personal check, travelers check, money order (payable to "Regents U.C.") or university recharge.
Visa and Mastercard payments will be accepted, but the processing of a Visa/Mastercard payment must occur at least 10 days prior to check-in date. You will be asked to provide your Visa/Mastercard information on your confirmation form in order for us to manually process this information. We will not accecpt credit card payments at the time of check-in.
