Rates listed below are for academic year 2012-2013. Rate increases take effect July 1, 2012 for year round contracts, and in September 2012 for academic year contracts. * You will be charged for the meal plan you selected on the online Residence Hall Personal Information Form. Please contact a Student Housing Accounts Counselor at shac@uci.edu if you would like to verify your meal plan selection before making a housing payment.
* Includes mandatory meal plans. Block meals can be used at Mesa Commons, Pippin, or Brandywine Commons. 100 block meals per quarter is approximately 9 meals per week. Unused meals do not carry over to the next quarter.
* Flex Dollars can be used at all residential dining commons and campus dining venues as well. Flex Dollars are loaded onto meal cards at the beginning of each quarter, and each time a purchase is made the money is subtracted from your account. Unused Flex Dollars transfer from quarter to quarter. However, any unused Flex Dollars remaining at the end of the academic year (end of Spring quarter) are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to the new academic year. More information on meal plans can be found at www.ucidining.com* Meal plans includes 10 guest meal passes that transfer from quarter to quarter. Unsed guest meal passes remaining at the end of the academic year (end of Spring quarter) are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to the new academic year.
