Office Hours Maintenance Requests
(8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday)

Call (949) 824-8918 or visit the Palo Verde Housing Office to submit a maintenance request. The Palo Verde maintenance staff will respond within 24 hours to determine the urgency and extent of work required. Most routine jobs will be completed within 48 hours. Work performed by Facilities Management or outside vendors may take a longer period of time.

After Hours Maintenance Requests

Call the Emergency Maintenance Number, (949) 651-3579 to report the emergency (e.g., flooding, no water, no electricity). Requests for non-emergency repairs will be submitted the next business day.
