Palo Verde Organic Garden

The community garden is open all year to Palo Verde residents. Residents can plant and harvest vegetables, flowers, herbs, fruit, etc. The garden is located behind the 8200 building. This garden is strictly an organic garden: no pesticides, chemical fertilizers or herbicides are allowed. Residents interested in acquiring a plot should contact Richard Vulich at rvulich[at]uci[dot]edu for additional information or submit the Membership Agreement Form to the Palo Verde Housing office.

Ethernet Connections

Ethernet connections are installed in each apartment. Direct access to the UCI campus Internet "backbone" is provided through these Ethernet connections. Additional information concerning the Housing Residential Computing Network can be found by visiting the Resnet website.

Palo Verde Community Room Reservations

The Palo Verde clubhouse, community room, and lounge and conference room can be reserved -- free of charge -- by Palo Verde residents for special events, meetings, and social gatherings. You must contact the Palo Verde Housing Office to make reservations. In addition, if you are planning to serve alcohol at your event, a request for alcohol permit must be completed no less than ten (10) days prior to the event.
