Housing for students attending UC Irvine through an EAP/Reciprocity program includes options in both Undergraduate and Graduate and Family Housing communities. Check your eligibility for various options below. Undergraduate EAP/Reciprocity students studying at UCI for a full academic year are guaranteed on-campus housing as long as they meet all housing-related deadlines. EAP/Reciprocity students apply for housing as Transfer Students. Find complete housing information in the Frequently Asked Questions for Transfer students. Other On-Campus Housing Options American Campus Communities owns and manages four different apartment communities on the east campus, with options for both undergraduate and graduate students.
