Anteater Housing Network

Housing and Roommate Finder

The Anteater Housing Network, provided easy access to off-campus housing listings for students, parents, faculty, and staff, and a great place for area property owners/managers to reach UCI students. The site includes properties for rent and sale, as well as message boards to find roommates, sublets, buy/sell furniture, and more. You must login with your UCI NetID and password to view listings. Guests access to the site is granted for a limited time for prospective students, parents of students, and other campus affiliates.

To list your off-campus property, go to http://offcampus.housing.uci.edu, register for an account, then post your listing. If you have questions or need assistance, call the Customer Support Team at (877) 895-1234 or email info@offcampuspartners.com.

Average Costs for Rentals:

The rental rate averages listed below are based on an annual survey of the local housing market. Prices vary by area and amenities.

Roommates Wanted and Roommates Available:

500-$900 for a private bedroom
$400-$600 for a share bedroom

Houses, Apartments, and Condos:

Rents vary by location, demand, utilities, amenities, and time of year. Individual costs will be determined by the number of people sharing the unit. Add approximately $75-100 a month for utilities, not including telephone.

Studio/Bachelor, $1,460 per month
One-bedroom/one-bath, $1,620 per month
Two-bedroom/one-bath, $1,790 per month
Two-bedroom/two-bath, $2,040 per month
Three-bedroom/two-bath, $2,400 per month

Room in Private Home:

Rooms in family homes are usually furnished.

$500-$700 per month for private room/shared bath
$595-$900 for private room and bathroom.

Subleases:

Apartments or homes with a current lease, which cannot be filled by current lessee. May be with or without roommates, and cost and lease terms will vary.

Temporary Housing:

These listings are designed for students, faculty, and staff who are looking for a place to live from one night to six months.
