1. Thanks for helping everybody!
2. We’ve reached the 300 mark! So tell your halls to hurry up and buy a ticket, they’re going fast.

4. Also send any hall pictures.

F. Services

1. Blood Drive: May 22nd. Tabling starts Week 7.

IV. Open Floor

· Ben Leong: Q: Are we gonna have a M.E. slideshow? A: Perhaps at the formal and maybe a slideshow at the CC banquet.
· Ilene Paik: Q: Whatever happened to the Scavenger Hunt Pictures? A. Oh, they’re around. You’ll probably see them at the CC Banquet.
· Karen Ang: Come to the PCN culture night!! I’m performing. (Delegation urged our Services Chair to give us a sample of her lovely singing, but she humbly declined the encore.)

V. “CC’s UNITE”: planning programs. Delegates were split up into groups to plan an ideal program. Purpose was to learn the basics of programming and to get the chance to meet other CC delegates.

A. Group 1: Joel Jimenez, Lisa Ly, Kelly Douglas, Katie Franks, Harvin Sethi, Anita Vora, Lauren Woon

1. Program called “Remember M.E.” This is where residents would get together to make their mark on Middle Earth by perhaps making a mural to put up that would stay there forever.
2. Second program called “The Man in the Middle”. It would be Middle Earth’s first annual male pageant. It would be an authentic talent show that would include cool interviews.

B. Group 2: Laurie Andress, Priyanka Thairani, Jimmy Tong, Ilene Paik, Sandy Soltero, Mark Shinn

1. Program called “Fill M.E. Up!” It would be a food-eating contest in Pippin, with perhaps chicken wings. The prize would be a “silver platter,” in which we would spray paint a Pippin tray silver, and that would be the trophy.

C. Group 3: Marlen Kanagui, Carrie Song, Ben Leong, Jackie Hayes, Kevin Siu

1. Program called “Find M.E. if you can!,” in which it would be a huge complex wide scavenger hunt. Perhaps we could crash Mesa Court as well.

D. Group 4: Melissa Cerro, Carlos Feliciano, Miro Sarkissian, Jahna Nicks.

1. Program called “Mother May I?.” A program in which we would paint flower pots for our moms. How cute...

E. Making these programs a reality. If anybody is interested putting on any of these programs, sign the back of the posters.
