• Committee had a break this last week. 
• Thanks activities committee for all your hard work!!!!

• Krispi Kreme
• went hall to hall and sold over 300 donuts
• The Services Committee is going to do this TWICE a quarter so keep an eye out for them!
• Bought a Llama, goat, and a flock of chicks from the Heifer Project
• Thanks services committee for everything you do!

• Thank you to all the volunteers who helped out at Casino Night & to all of you who went to it!
• New Business

• Sunday, Nov. 20th – Arts and Crafts: Origami, Button Making, and Weeples à 8-9:30pm in Gandalf’s Classroom
• Monday, Nov. 28th – Let’s Spice It Up!
• Look at weekly flyer for more information and instructions and sign ups
• There will only be 8 participants
• Tuesday, Nov. 29th – Goodies For Success
• $1 per bag (includes delivery in M.E.)
• Money will go to Adopt-A-Family program for the parents
• A resident wants a MASQUERADE BALL
• Can still join the Activities Committee!!!

• Canned Food Auction tonight after CC meeting
• all cans go to the OC Food Bank where they will send them out to the under privileged families in time for the holidays
• Holiday Hope coming soon
• Making cards for children in hospitals
• Adopt-A-Family has begun!
• Save up some $$$ to donate to the program
• Each cluster has a family and each hall has a child in the family to raise money and buy gifts for
• The Wrapping of gifts will be Thursday Dec. 1st
• Make a College Buddy – Dec. 2nd 3-6pm
• 22 Middle School students will be coming to UCI
• We will be showing the students that they CAN make it to college even though they’ve been told they can’t

• Deadline for the LAST newsletter of the quarter is Nov. 25th!!!
• CC T-Shirts
• Submit a design by the next CC meeting if you’d like
• The designer whose design is chosen will receive a FREE T-SHIRT!!!  YAY!

• Hockey suggestion in limbo because not enough people
• Talk or email him if you would like to have some kind of hockey tournament or hockey anything à jswagner@uci.edu

• only available time would be next wed. before Thanksgiving break.  So we decided to hold off on dinner with you wonderful people until next quarter.   We can’t wait!
• We put out more sign-in tables so everyone doesn’t have to wait to get in and miss their roll call.  This way the meetings will start ON TIME
• The COACH program from the Counseling Center
• Peer educators/peer academic advisors
• Wanchi will let everyone know when applications to be a peer educator/academic advisor come out
• Theme for next meeting, November 30th – “Sports Day”
