Undergraduate & Graduate Apartments
Centrally located next to the Science Library, Campus Village offers independent year-round living for both undergraduate and graduate students, with all the advantages of on-campus housing, including live-on support staff, community facilities, convenience, and affordability.
In 2013-14, Campus Village will have 588 undergraduate spaces and 96 graduate spaces (in a separate section of the community). Apartments have two-bedrooms and one-bathroom. Undergraduates share double occupancy bedrooms, with four students in each apartment. Graduate students live in single-occupancy bedrooms, with two students per apartment. Each apartment has a living room, kitchen, dining area, and either a patio or balcony. The Campus Village Community Center offers a fitness center, game room, and computer lab. Ten Resident Advisors serve the undergrad residents, and two Housing Assistants serve the graduate residents.
Apartments come equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave, and furnishings include a bed, dresser, desk, lamp, and chair for each resident, as well as a sofa, chair, coffee table, end tables, and a lamp for the living room, and a table and four chairs in the dining area.
