Arroyo Vista is a theme sponsored housing community serving freshman, continuing undergraduates, and transfer students. Each house is home to 16-18, 24-26, or 32-34 residents who live in double occupancy rooms and share a large full sized kitchen, living and dining room, and separate study room space. In addition, some houses also offer a two-room suite with private living room and bathroom (for 2 students). Academic and special theme sponsored houses are co-ed, while Greek theme sponsored houses are single gender. Residents prepare their own meals or can purchase a voluntary meal plan for use in on-campus residence hall dining facilities.
