Philosophy
You will be faced with several choices as you proceed through the selection process.

All candidates should attend an information session in order to understand all of the options available. These sessions will introduce you to the philosophy of undergraduate housing, the responsibilities of the job, and give you a chance to meet current staff and ask questions. |

You will be asked to complete the following tasks in order to evaluate your qualifications and "fit" for undergraduate housing student staff positions:
- Complete the online application in its entirety prior to 11:59pm on January 13, 2012.
- Submit a resume with your application which highlights relevant experiences.
- Submit two (2) recommendation forms no later than 9:00am Monday, January 23, 2012.
- Answer multiple short essay questions that explore your strengths and personal characteristics.
- Participate in an individual interview (if selected for an interview). Please note: each undergraduate housing community will conduct individual interviews. As such, if you apply for multiple housing communities you may be invited to multiple interviews. Interviews will take place February 25-26.
Based on candidates' preferences and the information gathered through the application and interview process, selected candidates will be offered a position in a complex for which we believe you are best suited.
Please note employment dates:
-Arroyo Vista, Mesa Court & Middle Earth staff work September - June.
-Campus Village staff members work June - June.
