New Freshmen
Please note: All Freshmen will be housed in the Residence Halls in 2009-10, and will not be housed in Arroyo Vista.

| Email notification to complete ONLINE Housing Contract and Personal Information Form (This is where you tell us your specific housing preferences.) | late May - early June 2009 |
| Contact the Housing Office if you have not received your emailed contract link by June 10th. (Note: Failure to contact us may result in forfeiture of your contract and housing guarantee.) | June 10, 2009 |
| Housing Contract Submission Deadline | 4:30 PM on the date indicated on your e-contract |
| Community and Roommate Assignment Notification | early September 2009 |
| Move-In for Residence Halls (depends on your assigned day) |
September 19 or 20, 2009 |
| Welcome Week | September 21 - 23, 2009 |
| Fall quarter classes begin | September 24, 2009 |
Remember: Freshman housing applications are due May 1, 2009. Applications received
after May 1, 2009 will be placed on a wait-list and offered as space becomes available.
Transfer Students
Please note: All Transfers will be housed in Arroyo Vista or Campus Village and not in Vista del Campo Norte in 2009-10. You may apply to live in Vista del Campo Norte outside of this process by directly contacting their leasing office or download an application from www.vistadelcampo.com.
