Custodial Staff
The custodial staff take pride in keeping the Campus Village facilities clean and sanitary. While custodial service is not provided in individual apartments during the school year, the staff will clean carpets in all apartments once during the academic year, conduct quality apartment inspections, in addition to maintaining the cleanliness of the housing office, community center, study rooms, laundry rooms, and other public facilities.

Maintenance Staff
The maintenance staff is available to complete work orders and to prevent/repair other facility-related concerns. Staff are available 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. daily. If you experience a maintenance problem in your apartment, please submit an online work order at http://www.housing.uci.edu/workorder/. In an emergency, please contact the housing office at 824-7491.
