Beginning Monday April 21, 2008, a new and improved online work order request system for building maintenance issues will be operating in Arroyo Vista.

 

Simply click on the ‘Online Work Order’ link on the left navigation bar to begin a work order request.

 

When submitting an online work order, you will be asked to:

• Be specific about the details of the work requested (e.g., location, nature of problem, etc)
• Limit each request to one work task, rather than bundling several requests in one submission. For example, to report a leaky shower head and a faulty light switch, you should submit two work order requests.

Please note that ResNet requests should NOT be made through this link, but on the ResNet website: www.resnet.uci.edu.

While Arroyo Vista has had online work orders for some time, the upgraded system offers some new features including automatic email updates providing work status on maintenance requests. 

If the maintenance problem requires immediate attention (e.g. overflowing sink, indoor leaking pipes, or any issue that poses a risk to health or safety), please call the Arroyo Vista Housing Office (949-824-3900) or the after hours Duty Line (949-351-4228).
