On-campus apartment communities for graduate students

Leasing
- Individual leases are for up to one year, with renewal options based on eligibility.
- Palo Verde, Verano Place, and Campus Village leases end June 30th
- Vista del Campo and Vista del Campo Norte leases end on the first Saturday of September
- Puerta del Sol leases end on the first Saturday of August
Amenities
- Gas and water service included in the rent. Charges for electricity vary by community.
- Cable TV and Internet access included in the rent.
- Computer labs, meeting rooms, outdoor recreation areas.

Palo Verde and Verano Place are managed by Student Housing and serve graduate students, families, and undergraduates over 25 years of age. Both communities offer unfurnished studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments that come with a stove, refrigerator, window and floor coverings. Verano Place also offers childcare programs serving children from infancy through sixth grade.
Campus Village is also managed by Student Housing, and serves graduate and undergraduate students in separate buildings. Campus Village Grad offers 2-bedroom furnished and unfurnished apartments to single students only. (the number of furnished units is limited.) CV is also a smoke-free community.
Vista del Campo, Vista del Campo Norte and Puerta del Sol are privately-owned and managed on-campus communities that offer furnished studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments to graduate students who are single or have a spouse or domestic partner. Undergraduate students who are over 25, or have a spouse or domestic partner are also eligible to live in Vista del Campo, VDC Norte and Puerta del Sol. Call leasing offices for more information.

* Monthly electricity “caps” ranging from $60-$100 depending on unit type. If residents exceed the cap in any given month, the excess cost above the cap is billed equally to all residents of the apartment.
